After months of dealing with another Home Serve provider I finally feel confident that the problem will be solved by Flowing Water. Edwin ran a camera and is making the arrangements to dig out a broken section of pipe. This is what should’ve been done months ago by the other service provider. I’m relieved there is a resolution in sight.

A very thorough and professional plumber! After another company had been to my house 3 weeks ago my sewer line was again plugged. Luis came out, right on the time that was scheduled, and actually did a really thorough job of clearing roots that the other company said they did but they had not.

He snaked the entire length of the line and then ran a camera through it to be sure it was clear. I would recommend Flowing Water whenever you have a plumbing problem!

I live out of town and have rental properties. We received an outrageous water bill and it either meant there was a major leak or a toilet running. Jason came out to check what was happening. It was Friday evening before a long weekend and he couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. He also found the problem and solved it giving me great peace of mind. If I could give this company 100 stars, I absolutely would! Brian was amazingly easy to work with. Very professional, helpful, prompt and quick to respond if I had any questions. I had to have my sewer lateral replaced and Brian told me that my front yard would look exactly the same when they completed the project. To my amazement, he was right! Had a pipe leak under my home and Flowing Water found the leak using some kind of solar on my front yard dug up the grass in the area of the busted pipe replaced the pipe and restored my grass very well in a professional and excellent manner. So happy I used this Company and you will be happy to.
